Atme leicht und  entspannt tief ein, bevor\ndu  zum n\u00e4chsten Punkt \u00fcbergehst.<br><br>Bei dieser Anwendung\nklopfst du nicht, sondern du h\u00e4lst nur den Punkt mit den Fingern und\natmest ein und aus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ein Beispiel f\u00fcr TAB in Aktion w\u00e4re:<br><br>Lege einen oder zwei Finger auf den inneren Augenpunkt und halte sie dort fest, w\u00e4hrend du sagst oder denkst (zum Beispiel) &#8222;Ich habe diese Angst vor dem Hund&#8220;, woraufhin du, w\u00e4hrend die Finger noch an ihrem Platz sind, tief und leicht einatmest.<br><br>Setze  diesen Prozess in allen Klopfrunden fort.<br><br>WICHTIGER HINWEIS: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Der Atem sollte nie zu tief sein und er sollte nie \u00fcberanstrengt werden.
